"We were unfortunate in the timing of our stay in that overnight works were being done on the tram line right outside the apartment. Being four floors up did not affect the noise of pneumatic drills, jack hammers, workmen's vans, generators, banging, clattering, shouting, laughing etc etc. So unbelievably loud! They pitched up at 11pm and stayed for hours. Nothing anyone could do and we appreciated this was the only time the works could be done as the street is so busy during the day. Otherwise the flat was great, could do with some new light bulbs (although this didn't affect our stay)."

"The apartment worked well for us with bedrooms at either end. The height of the ceilings amplified the feeling of space.the central location was excellent. The proximity of the railway station enabled half day excursions along the cote d'aziur"

"As others have commented, one shower room (the one without a toilet) does not smell very fresh. The trams are a bit noisy but that's OK given the advantagecof having them on your doorstep. In places the apartment looks a bit tired."
